The Riesling, he is the king of dried white wines.
This gastronomic wine is excellent and releases a bunch of floral and mineral fragrances.

And yet another mention in the Hachette Guide!
Philippe Kirmann cherishes Pinot Noir, a grape variety that has earned him more than one acclaim (last year for a white crémant made from black grapes). He aged this 2019 for 24 months in barrels, resulting in a deep, still youthful robe with violet reflections.Intense, the nose reveals smoky and spicy woodiness before the delicate forest fruits emerge. The fruit asserts itself on the palate with a fresh, greedy, warm, and long attack, supported by integrated tannins. Power and elegance.

A Pinot Gris with Burgundian accents.
Very dry wine with aromas of peach, slightly brioche, roasted with 30% of the volume in new barrels.
Best served with fish, white meats and quail.
